3-year-old with puberty symptoms after exposure to father’s ‘sex change’ drugs

A three-year-old has experienced signs of puberty after exposure to her father’s ‘sex-change’ drugs.

The parents sought medical help after the toddler started developing breasts, and a subsequent investigation linked it to extended contact with the father’s hormone therapy treatment which he applied to his skin daily as a gel.

The father is now taking the drugs via a patch, and his daughter’s symptoms have regressed. The doctors urged that people undergoing ‘gender transitions’ should be thoroughly informed of the risks of transmission and to use gloves and wash their hands when using the treatment – especially for those with children.

Warn of the risks

The case report stated: “sexual development due to exogenous exposure for sex steroids in food, environment or medication is known, but is rare and sparsely reported”.

It recorded that over the course of six months, “a 3-year-old girl was referred to our pediatric outpatient clinic with breast development” and that the father applied the hormone therapy to his “chest, abdomen, shoulders, and thighs. The father reported skin to skin contact on a daily basis.”

It concluded: “Patients with children must be warned of the risk and Gender Clinics should consider the possibility of prescribing alternative routes of administration such as tablets or patches in high-risk patients.”

Damage

The shocking case has sparked widespread concern on social media. Whistleblower Jamie Reed said: “Does this surprise me having worked in a gender center? Not at all. Should this be happening? Not at all.”

Campaigner Katy Faust stated: “The fiction that he could change sex damaged his daughter’s body.”

Another person commented on X: “We can’t even imagine the limit of the damages that this ideology does to the individual, their loved ones, and society at large. Shocking.”

Gender critical organisation DIAG posted: “Can we stop pretending this reckless nonsense is medicine?”
