Street preacher held in custody for 19 hours – BBC report

BBC North West report on John Craven, a Christian street preacher who was held in police custody for 19 hours for answering questions about homosexuality.

Greater Manchester Police admitted mistakes were made and have agreed to pay Mr Craven £13,000 compensation.

Mr Craven was supported by The Christian Institute’s Legal Defence Fund.
