Scot gender Bill a ‘sad reflection’ on Holyrood’s ‘closed-mindedness’
Scotland Officer Nigel Kenny says the Scottish Parliament’s vote to approve easier legal sex changes is a “very sad reflection of the current closed-mindedness of most Scottish politicians”, and that it now seems likely the legislation “will end up before the Supreme Court”.
