14 Nov 2013 — The right to public protest and free speech is being put at risk by new laws proposed by the Government. IPNAs (Injunctions to Prevent Nuisance or Annoyance) have been proposed by the Government to replace ASBOs (Anti-Social Behaviour Orders).
