Kenneth Ferguson: My battle with The Robertson Trust
In July 2021, an Employment Tribunal ruled that Kenneth Ferguson was unfairly dismissed by multimillion-pound grant-maker The Robertson Trust and subjected to religious discrimination by the Trust and its Chair, Shonaig Macpherson.
Kenneth is an elder at Stirling Free Church, which believes that marriage is between one man and one woman. It was his association with this church and its beliefs that led to his dismissal.
