Colin Hart, Director of The Christian Institute, speaks to Premier Christian Radio about the Institute’s legal action against the Government over its rushed response to the Trojan Horse scandal. The Department for Education is planning to impose new standards on independent schools, requiring them to actively promote rights based on the Equality Act. The Christian Institute says the Government’s consultation on these far-reaching proposals was unlawful because of its short time frame.
