Peter and Hazelmary Bull, owners of the Chymorvah guesthouse in Cornwall, are being sued by Steven Preddy and Martyn Hall because the guesthouse has a policy of restricting double bed accommodation to married couples. The guesthouse is also Mr and Mrs Bulls’ home. The trial starts on Monday 13 December 2010 and is scheduled to run for two days. The case may determine whether Christians may lawfully operate a B&B that restricts double bed accommodation to married couples.
