Hazelmary Bull, a Christian B&B owner who was fined over her policy of restricting double rooms to married couples, has told the BBC that Britain’s democratic society should be “big enough” to deal with differences. Mrs Bull owns the Chymorvah hotel in Cornwall with her husband Peter and they were ordered to pay £3,600 in 2011 over the policy. She appeared on the BBC’s Sunday Politics South West show on 4 March 2012.
