Lord Falconer accused of ‘bullying’ over Parliament Act threat
Nikki da Costa, former No. 10 Director of Legislative Affairs, told BBC Radio Four Today programme listeners that Lord Falconer’s plan to invoke the Parliament would result in an assisted suicide Bill that is “full of holes” being forced onto the statute book without proper parliamentary scrutiny.
