If you donate money via a 'one off' donation or regular giving, you will be asked to specify the fund which your money will contribute towards. The following are current options:
General Donation
A donation to this fund will help The Christian Institute in all areas of its work, including running important campaigns. Donations are also essential to meet the day to day costs of administration and paying staff wages.
Building Appeal
In August 2006 The Christian Institute moved into its new purpose-built headquarters. £1.2million was raised to pay for the building. The fund remains open to help us pay for equipment and furniture costs.
Legal Defence fund
The aim of the Legal Defence Fund is to help with the costs of legal action and the associated campaign work in cases of national importance for religious liberty. An example of this is the case of Joe and Helen Roberts, who were visited by the police for complaining to their council about its 'gay rights' policy.
